“How long will it take for my order to arrive?”

We ship all products using recorded delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch of your product from our warehouse and this can be used to check the status of your order as it makes its way to you. Standard delivery times are:

UK- 2-5 working days (standard),

1-3 working days (express)

Europe- 5-10 working days

USA and Canada 7-12 working days

Rest of the world up to 10-21 working days

In the minority of cases there may be delays in postage. On these very rare occasions we thank you for your patience, we will do our very best to keep you informed and get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer: Please note only orders made before 3:30pm UK time will be processed and shipped the next working day. We do not offer a weekend delivery service, therefore the earliest possible delivery for orders placed on a Thursday after 4:30pm will be the following Monday. Customers are responsible for entering their correct delivery address, we will not accept any liability for non-delivery if mistyped/wrong or old addresses entered during the order process.

“Do you ship to my country?”

We ship to over 100 destinations worldwide including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, countries in Africa, South America, The Caribbean and Australia. If you are not sure whether we deliver direct to your country, please send us an email at hellobeautiful@springsummerslabel.com and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

“I’ve placed my order but I don’t know if it’s been dispatched yet?” 

After you place an order with us you should receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your payment. Once the request is processed, your product(s) will leave our warehouse and you will be informed of dispatch by email. It can take between 24 and 48 hours post order for dispatch to occur.

“I have not received my order, what happens next?”

What’s the point of beautiful clothing without good service? That’s why we pride ourselves on being available to resolve with delivery queries.

In the event that something goes wrong and you haven’t received something within our specified time frames, please contact us via email at hellobeautiful@springsummerslabel.com. We will work with you to establish the problem and deal with your enquiry as a matter of urgency.

 ”I have pre-ordered a product, but it hasn’t arrived yet”

Although we try our very best to provide accurate information about timescales, it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date for products that are pre-ordered. Any dates stated will be approximate, however we will always do everything we can to ensure that the product gets to you as fast as possible.

 “How can I pay for my purchase?” 

Purchases can be made via Shopify’s direct payment gateway or PayPal. Please note if you’re paying via eCheque on PayPal, payments can take up to 7 days to clear. Orders will not be processed and sent out before payments are finalised. You will know when your order is on its way when a dispatch email has been sent you.

“Can I return or exchange my purchase?”

We’re more than happy to accept a return of any UNWORN items STILL FITTED WITH TAGS AND LABELS and sent back WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Returns will be processed by store credit only, unless faulty. Please follow the instructions in the dispatch note included in your original package and complete the form enclosed. 

If in the unlikely circumstance you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately by email at hellobeautiful@springsummerslabel.com and your case will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

Before sending please ensure all clothing remains in its original packaging, completely unworn with all tags and ribbon intact. All products must remain in a resalable condition – sorry ladies that means no makeup stains, stretch marks, sweat marks, or perfume sprays - and will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse. We will be unable to accept any returns found to be compromised. 

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs therefore we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance to ensure safe receipt of your return back to us. We will not accept liability for any items that do not reach us securely. If you have received free shipping, £2.99 will be deducted from any amount refunded.

At this time we do not process exchanges.

“Tell me about your underwear recycling programme?”

Our underwear recycling programme, which we lovingly call, 'The Undicycle Revolution,' gives you the option to send back your unwanted/unloved undies for recycling. In every order, we'll provide a mailing bag with returns label for you to ship to us; these will arrive at our sorting office and every quarter we work with partners to up-cycle your unwanted bits. All we ask is that the pieces are clean! As a thank you we'll give you £5 your next purchase.
